The Facilities Maintenance Technician II will provide facilities and maintenance support for a full campus of buildings and grounds. This is a full‑time role, Mon‑Thurs 6 am–4:30 pm with mandatory overtime every other Friday 6 am–11 am. Additional overtime as required by business needs is possible.

Essential Job Duties

Complete facilities PM's of varying scope (HVAC, mechanical, electrical troubleshooting, basic plumbing, etc.)

Perform routine building and grounds upkeep.

Maintain a high standard of work cleanliness especially in respect to FOD requirements around the production spaces.

Complete projects as assigned by supervisor and manager, both with fellow technicians and alone.

Complete PM’s and minor work orders without additional direction.

Perform daily building inspections and rounds to assess possible work needs.

Operate within the Facilities work order management software (creating, tracking, and closing work orders within the software).

Other duties as assigned based on factory need.

Additional Requirements

Drive a company vehicle, including forklift.

Be available for emergency call‑ins as required for unexpected events.

Assist in maintaining tool crib stock of materials and tools.

General maintenance or handyman experience with any specialty training (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, welding) a plus.

Working knowledge of at least some of the following – water systems, pneumatics, low voltage electrical, mechanical operations, hydraulics, construction.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma

3‑5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/production setting, trade experience preferred.

Ability to pass an ATF background check

Knowledge and ability to work with basic hand and power tools to complete a variety of projects including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, construction, and groundskeeping.

Strong verbal and written communication and basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).

Strong command of the English language with the ability to be instructed on and understand basic drawings and blueprints.

Detail and cleanliness oriented with an ability to work on a timeline.

Work independently with some supervision.

Communicate with customers as needed to schedule repairs or complete work orders.

Working Conditions

Working at heights; on ladders up to 15', aerial lifts, and on rooftops.

Based on job variance – walking, climbing, lifting, and work on hands/knees required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Frequent exposure to elements during work including working outside during rain or extreme heat as well as non‑weather related jobs such as working in attics or humidity‑controlled areas.

Employee will be required to become respirator certified.

Some jobs will involve high noise level and require hearing protection.

Bonus or Equity This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range The hourly salary range for this position (in local currency) is $24.40‑$45.29.
