Oved Group
Who We Are
o5 group is an industry leader in global fashion & apparel design with 40 years of success across wholesale, e-comm, and marketplace. We are privately held, headquartered in NYC with brand offices in CA — a dynamic portfolio of global brands committed to operational excellence in design, product development, production, sourcing, distribution, and logistics.
With category expertise across full-collection menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, and infant/toddler, we specialize in denim, outerwear, activewear, and loungewear/sleepwear, trusted by top retail partners.
About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator with full knowledge of the production process—from development and costing through shipping. You’ll work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Sales, overseas teams, and factories to keep programs on time, on cost, and on quality.
How You’ll Contribute
Direct daily communication and follow up on production status with overseas factories.
Manage the style master and issue purchase orders (POs) to factories.
Monitor approval workflows for samples, trims, and fabrics; review weekly WIPs with overseas teams and factories, calling out red flags.
Maintain and follow up on the Time & Action (T&A) calendar for pre-production/TOP samples, lab testing, and inspections to ensure timely delivery.
Analyze customer manuals and production requirements (inspections, testing, packing, trims); build production manuals per account.
Partner with Design, Sales, and Technical Design to drive on-time approvals across all milestones.
Coordinate vessel bookings and work with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
Troubleshoot quality and technical issues with factories and technical teams while maintaining design intent.
Support costing inquiries; maintain costing charts; proactively assist development and sourcing.
Coordinate delivery of factory-direct orders to the customer’s freight forwarder as needed.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Apparel or equivalent experience.
3 years’ experience in a production-related role (internships count toward experience).
Exceptional organization and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of BlueCherry (PLM/ERP) a plus.
