Wash Floor Lead
Porter’s Industrial is seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Crew Member to join our team. As a crew member working in the wash alley, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and operating industrial washers and dryers, driving seamless plant floor operations.

Work Life Balance We offer a 4‑day work week (Monday‑Thursday 5 AM–2 PM, Friday 5 AM–12 PM). Saturdays and Sundays off.
What you’ll be doing
Wash – load, unload, and operate washing machines per formulation and sequence.
Dry – load and unload dryers.
Deliver processed garments and flat goods to designated areas.
Monitor detergent supplies and report equipment malfunctions.
Accurately record production processes.
Maintain a clean work area.
Complete paperwork and record keeping on time.
Follow safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines.
Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum 18 years old.
Ability to stand for a 10‑hour shift.
Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
Basic math skills using American units (weight, volume, distance).
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
