Inventory Control Supervisor
at Arvato, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and inventory accuracy across all warehouse functions. Responsibilities
Oversee inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management
Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory‑related tasks and maintain order accuracy
Monitor and evaluate employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback
Develop and maintain cycle‑count and inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels
Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency
Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel
Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred
Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems
Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management
Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders
Experience with cherry picker/reach truck operation
