We’re looking for an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to join Penske Logistics as a Flex Driver.
Key Compensation & Travel
Average annual salary: $100,000 (USD) (subject to experience and location)
Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral
Travel required, up to 100%
What You Will Do
Travel regionally to multiple locations as required.
Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
Use scanner to document unloaded and delivered products.
Schedule
Dispatch times vary by assignment.
Drivers will travel to the assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment.
Vehicle
Late‑model, Penske‑maintained trucks.
Best‑in‑class specifications for comfort and safety.
Equipped with both inward and outward‑facing in‑cab cameras.

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL (U.S. license, resident in the state of issuance).
Non‑exception DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
At least 1 year of tractor‑trailer experience (or 2 years in the last 5 years).
No more than 2 moving violations or accidents on your DMV/MVR record.
English language proficiency (required by federal regulations).
Ability to work the required schedule and locations.
Complete the Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening.
Maintain a state of alertness and safe operation in a safety‑sensitive environment.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to see and hear, including required visual abilities.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs/23 kg) and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
Legal operation of motor vehicle and frequent entry/exit of the drive unit.
Open to reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
