About the Role We are seeking a Strategy and Planning Analyst to support a large-scale transformation initiative focused on modernizing the enterprise Deal Pricing platform. In this role, you will support strategy development, product functionality activation, solution definition, and migration planning while helping drive adoption across Sales and Product teams.
You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Technology, and a third-party vendor to identify product gaps, recommend solutions, and deliver a scalable pricing platform aligned to future-state business needs.
This role blends product strategy, planning, problem solving, strategic communication, and change leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategy and planning activities related to the Deal Pricing modernization program.
Help activate new product functionality and onboard Sales teams to the new pricing tool.
Conduct research and evaluation of current-state versus target-state processes and tools.
Identify product gaps and partner with teams to develop recommendations and solutions.
Contribute to defining the target operating model, including process, roles, and workflows.
Assist with migration strategy and user transition from legacy pricing tools.
Participate in structured project routines with the internal team and the external vendor.
Prepare materials, recommendations, and documentation to support leadership decision-making.
Communicate program updates and support strategic messaging for user readiness.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, OR equivalent experience through consulting, training, military service, or related work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate low to moderately complex challenges.
Ability to present recommendations and communicate findings clearly.
Understanding of planning processes, program structures, and organizational strategy.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large transformation or modernization programs.
Exposure to product strategy, system migrations, or onboarding users to new tools.
Familiarity with Sales and Product team workflows.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and change leadership skills.
