We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide hands‑on technical support, system maintenance, and device management across a multi‑user environment. This role supports daily IT operations, hardware/software troubleshooting, user training, and tech‑enabled events.
Responsibilities
Deliver daily technical support to end users.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, and mobile devices.
Configure and manage network equipment and infrastructure.
Oversee printers, toner, and hardware/software inventory.
Manage Windows devices, iPads, Chromebooks, and apps using MDM and Google Admin Console.
Set up livestreams and manage basic video/audio production needs.
Coordinate technical projects with external vendors.
Recycle retired or damaged equipment.
Collaborate with internal tech team; occasional nights/weekends required.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in technical support or related IT role.
Proficiency with Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Chrome OS, and Google Workspace.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
Clear communication ability with non‑technical users.
Capable of multitasking and managing priorities independently.
Experience with video/audio equipment is a plus.
