The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and improve the efficiency of all store processes. They use their creative expertise through floor‑set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They also lead talent development, from recruiting and training to engagement and growth. Assistant managers work to grow into future leaders in our store organization.
