About the role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
Responsibilities
Oversee employee performance and scheduling Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts Work with donors to resolve concerns Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts

What you bring to Takeda
High school diploma or equivalent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification Frequent bending and reaching Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required

U.S. Hourly Wage Range
$22.19 - $30.51
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, education, certifications, and location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits. They may accrue up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year and up to 120 hours of paid vacation for new hires.
