Workdays/shifts: Mornings – varying days. Employment type: Full‑time
What You’ll Do: As a Senior Baker at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create delicious baked goods while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.
Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods; participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/products/menu
Ensure portion and inventory control
Produce pastry and dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed
Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
