What you’ll do as an Operations Manager

Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Oversee multiple 3PL warehouses.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with company objectives.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage budgets, forecast operational expenses, and optimize resource allocation.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to maintain strong relationships and supply chain efficiency.

Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

What we are looking for as an Operations Manager

Associate’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards, including Hazmat experience.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
