Responsibilities
Execute digital/social strategies from concept to completion
Act as day‑to‑day lead with multiple clients across accounts
Provide strong counsel and recommendations, both for clients and internal teams
Social campaign development, collaborating across digital and design
Work with integrated agency teams to develop plans that meet client goals
Manage third‑party relationships including vendors and partners
Mentor and help develop junior‑level team members
Draft client SOWs and Letters of Agreement for partnerships
Follow approval processes and legal requirements per individual client needs
Actively participate in new business opportunities
Manage social media presence at client events, including real‑time monitoring and live content creation support
Draft industry award submissions on behalf of clients
Manage influencer programs from concepting to identification to contracting to execution and measurement
Keep abreast of industry trends and regularly present fresh, proactive ideas to clients
Qualifications
4+ Years of experience
Client management and account growth
Expertise across core digital and social channels with a primary focus on Instagram, Threads, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Experience creating and executing social media strategies at brand level and campaign level
Understand how to read a brand book/VIS ID and evolve it for social
Experience working with measurement and analytics platforms
Development and management of influencer campaigns
Experience working with project management platforms such as Monday.com
Video/photo production experience a plus
Experience in concepting or executing programs that leverage A.I. is a plus

Location Tri‑State area (NY, NJ, CT) within easy reach of New York City area to come in for day trips. We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client’s office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
