Duties And Responsibilities All Paradies Lagardère positions, including the Warehouse Associate, require embodying a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members. Remote Overnight role requiring availability from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am.

Passion for the guest, consistent use of “Yes,” “Please,” and “Thank You,” and frequent smiling.

Exceed First-Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers.

Maintain a professional company image by adhering to grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip‑resistant shoes.

Communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance with rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise.

Provide best-in-class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.

Proper utilization and respect for company‑issued tools and resources, following security practices of the work environment.

Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow Associates.

Maintain warehouse appearance and safety by complying with Health & Safety regulations, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.

Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions on handheld or company equipment.

Complete required process controls, including paperwork.

Apply stock security consistently according to defined processes.

Resolve inventory control issues and elevate concerns as needed.

Report discrepancies to Management according to defined process.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulations, including those concerning food safety.

Follow the correct First-In, First-Out process.

Maintain good time management and perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, Certifications

High School diploma or GED.

ServSafe Food Handlers certification or equivalent, as required by brand and jurisdiction.

Minimum 1 year of Food and Beverage or Retail warehouse and/or customer service experience.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to take direction and collaborate within a team environment.

Capacity to work in a high-energy, demanding environment.

Proficiency in math to calculate cost, make change, and verify invoices.

Effective communication skills, capable of working independently and with teammates.

Ability to work unsupervised for extensive periods, demonstrating good judgment when interacting with customers and peers.

Position Qualifications

Availability for various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Excellent customer service skills and effective communication in English.

Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.

Positive interpersonal skills.

Self-starter able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Adaptability to changing priorities and unexpected situations.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.

Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and perform essential functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances.

Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures.
