With a mix of cloud-based and on-premises solutions, in-house development, strategic partnerships, and a dedicated support team, the organization helps clients navigate complex compliance requirements and technology transitions while improving operational efficiency and customer engagement. The Project Manager oversees cross‑functional teams to successfully deliver SaaS cloud solutions and on‑premises implementations that align with customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals.
The role includes eligibility for a quarterly bonus of up to 15%. Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent projects (approximately 20) involving internal teams, external partners, and customers Plan, coordinate, and oversee SaaS and on‑premises solution deployments from initiation through completion Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies Monitor project progress and key performance metrics to ensure successful execution Lead project meetings including kickoff, status updates, and close‑out sessions Identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, information technology, or a related field PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification preferred Experience
5+ years of project management experience within SaaS, professional services, IT, or systems integration environments Experience delivering end‑to‑end projects, including scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication Exposure to SaaS architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud certifications are a plus Experience managing project budgets and/or P&L responsibility preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Strong project planning and execution skills (scope, cost, schedule) Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders Proven ability to lead and align cross‑functional and engineering teams Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities Analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills Technical aptitude to understand engineering concepts and workflows Strategic mindset aligned with organizational objectives Commitment to continuous improvement and learning Seniority level
