FNF Construction is hiring an Equipment Coordinator at their corporate office in Tempe, AZ. The role supports the field with equipment needs and involves document management and program upkeep. Applicants should have knowledge of construction equipment types and uses.

Responsibilities
Maintain an up‑to‑date and accurate inventory of all vehicles, equipment, and rentals on projects.
Maintain detailed records of all rental activity on the rental spreadsheet, including start and end dates, damages, Vista reporting, and invoice coding.
Communicate with the projects through emails to have a record of all equipment needs. Utilize FNF owned equipment first.
Create and assign Purchase Orders and RE numbers for rental equipment.
Maintain and update Dispatcher with all equipment location and status changes.
Work closely with Transport Manager on equipment location changes and send TRA’s to all involved personnel.
Work closely with Equipment Time Coordinator to get accurate time recorded on all equipment.
Prepare reports on active rentals for the projects and maintain and update available list weekly.
Qualifications
Good communication and problem‑solving skills, including conflict resolution.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Good time management.
Good organization skills.
Good analytical skills.
Computer/data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in an effective manner.
