$89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Oversee all maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs related to parts, labor, and external services.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality protocols.
Optimize spare parts inventory management to support efficient maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical expertise in industrial equipment, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Demonstrated leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of maintenance technicians.
Proficiency with CMMS software and modern maintenance strategies (e.g., TPM, RCM, predictive/preventive).
Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification.
Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing predictive maintenance (PdM) or condition-based monitoring (CBM) programs.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with application in maintenance process improvement.
Proficiency with advanced CMMS modules (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for strategic planning and data analysis.
Experience managing capital improvement projects related to equipment upgrades or facility expansion.
