We're searching for a Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling and tracking shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and invoices. Communicate with carriers and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor logistics performance metrics such as delivery times and cost efficiency. Support office organization and administrative tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. At least one year of experience in logistics. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
