Responsibilities

Supports a large, globally distributed military support program focused on enhancing the readiness and resilience of the Warfighter.

Serves as the PM, supervising large, globally distributed military support programs focused on enhancing Warfighter readiness and resilience.

Promote a culture of resilience and readiness, ensuring all program activities support the holistic well‑being and operational effectiveness of high‑performance personnel and their families.

Manages task order performance and executes oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel in support of this Task Order, including administrative components (scope, schedule, costs) as well as personnel management of the contracted workforce (staffing, training, professional development).

Provides support to the customer contracting officer’s representative and contracting officer.

Provides technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order.

Provides guidance and leadership throughout the contracting team, to include less experienced contractor personnel.

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas required by the customer.

Supports contracted workforce in the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) rotations and/or deployments.

Performs additional duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs, including CONUS and OCONUS operations.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification desired.

Skills: Cost Management, Hiring, Operations, People Management, Supervision.

Security Clearance Position requires a Secret Clearance or above, with the ability to obtain Top Secret.

Location and Travel Camp Lejeune, NC

Travel required up to 35% as needed.

Salary Likely salary range: $147,292 - $199,278.
