Sign‑On Bonus
$5,000, paid out in increments
Pay Rate during training: $34.50 per hour
Pay Range : up to $100‑110K+ annually
Quarterly Incentive Bonus
$2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (unlimited)
Travel: 5‑6 days out with 2 consecutive days off
Responsibilities
Drive commercial motor vehicle (tractor‑trailer) combination to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or storage sites safely, timely, accurately, and courteously.
Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and act appropriately if maintenance is required.
Report all accidents, potential injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to supervisor immediately.
Complete and submit DOT and Airgas company reports as required.

Required Qualifications
At least 21 years of age
3+ years of experience as a driver of tractor‑trailer vehicles
Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
Passport, passport card, or commitment to obtain one
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; two years technical college or military technical experience
Three (3) years of HazMat or Tanker experience (preferred)
Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed, and specialty gases (preferred)
