Position Requirements The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of proven supervisory experience, along with strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills. The qualified candidate must possess the ability to work independently and handle all job responsibilities with the utmost confidentiality. This position is based in and supports the King of Prussia, PA area.

Responsibilities

Schedule daily crew assignments

Conduct interviews for new hires

Develop new and existing customer relationships

Perform job site visits

Manage daily crews

Review and submit timesheets

Order any rental equipment as needed

Oversee maintenance of equipment

Handle safety incident reporting

Skills / Qualifications

Experience with MUTCD guidelines and set‑ups, ATSSA certifications and PA DOT Required.

Ability to manage work flow in a fast‑paced environment

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while maintaining a calm, organized, and efficient approach

Knowledge of MS Office

Flexible and available to manage scheduling matters outside of normal working hours, as needed
