Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results, analyze the business, and provide best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, they bring creative expertise to the team. Assistant managers also act as talent leaders, managing recruiting, training, engagement, and development. They are expected to bring their best selves every day, and with a promote‑from‑within philosophy, they have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.
