Pay:
$18 per hour
1st Shift Hours:
8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday
Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities Answering phone calls, logging information into Salesforce, and coordinating with technicians to dispatch orders and address customer inquiries.

Requirements At least six years of relevant experience and proficiency in data entry using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce or other CRM, and Fishbowl or other inventory software. The candidate selected will need to have strong typing skills (60+ words per minute) and proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
