Position: Customer Service Representative
Work Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Assist customers in placing orders and understanding product options.
Resolve complaints, delivery concerns, and order‑related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with production and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or internal tools.
Provide excellent product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and documentation.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or client support (preferably in printing, e‑commerce or creative industries).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem‑solving mindset with a calm and positive attitude.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or customer service software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality service.
Required Skills
Experience in art, design, or printing industries is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
