Job Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day operations of the commercial door service department
Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution
Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost‑effectively
Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction
Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front‑line managers to develop action plans
Improve individual performance of the field force through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees
Other duties as assigned by Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years of experience managing personnel (equivalent education/experience acceptable)
Excellent customer communication skills; consistently exceed customer satisfaction expectations
Review customer survey data and respond to concerns
Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and applications
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
