At Kellanova, we’re looking for a Facilities Supervisor to lead the charge in maintaining our Kansas City bakery — one of our most advanced production facilities.
Schedule Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (occasional weekends)
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire – Take ownership of your shift by supervising, training, and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians. Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and collaboration, while driving performance and accountability.
Own Equipment Readiness – Be the expert responsible for keeping our bakery’s critical systems running at peak performance. Oversee boilers, air compressors, HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, TOX units, plumbing, and more. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including wastewater treatment, air permitting, and CFC management.
Solve & Improve – Use your technical expertise and problem‑solving mindset to tackle equipment issues head‑on. Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and proactively plan maintenance activities using a master calendar.
Drive Results – Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, cut costs, and improve reliability. Apply LEAN manufacturing principles to streamline processes, enhance equipment performance, and contribute to the overall success of the bakery’s operations.
We’re Looking for Someone With
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Hands‑on experience with facility equipment such as boilers, HVAC systems, air compressors, chillers, and plumbing.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lead daily operations, prioritize tasks, and drive accountability across shifts.

Compensation The annual salary range is
$72,600 – $95,235 , which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.

Also, voluntary income protection benefits such as supplemental life, accident, as well as a 401(k) plan with company contributions are available.
