The Business Analyst, Digital Platforms, is an enthusiastic and analytical thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, customer experience, and technology. This role will help transform business needs into actionable digital solutions, ensuring our strategies are insight-driven, measurable, and aligned with enterprise goals.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business, functional, and user requirements for digital projects
Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and shared understanding of project goals
Monitor digital performance metrics and contribute to reporting on metrics, user behavior, and engagement trends
Analyze business needs and translate into actionable workflows and deliverables
Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and marketing teams on implementation
Conduct gap analyses and assess opportunities to improve existing systems, websites, mobile platforms, and guest touchpoints
Support Agile processes, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
Stay current on digital trends, technologies, and best practices that could benefit the digital ecosystem
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a business analyst, digital analyst, or product support role, ideally within a consumer‑facing environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, marketing, or related field
Skilled in Digital Platforms (Web, Mobile, eCommerce)
Skilled in gathering requirements and documentation
Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence
Proficiency with Data Analysis and Power BI
Expert in communicating with various stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile or Scrum certification (PSM/CSM)
Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to balance multiple initiatives
Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods industries
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
Knowledge of UK principles and working directly with design teams
Passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies
