Schedule: 4-day work week (Tuesday–Friday), 10-hour shifts

In partnership with Doherty Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading manufacturer of tools and equipment. This is a contract-to-hire role offering excellent benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email
Process orders, service requests, and returns accurately
Advise customers on product pricing, availability, and warranty policies
Respond to invoice inquiries and resolve customer issues
Perform data entry in ERP systems and maintain high accuracy
Support front desk procedures and assist with other duties as needed
What You’ll Bring
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems
International shipping knowledge
Bilingual in Spanish #metrocareers
