Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage business analysis projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements.

Develop and document business process and workflows.

Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives.

Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation.

Provide training and support to end users.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or related field; 8 years of relevant experience may substitute.

Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Proficiency in data analysis.
