Manufacturing Manager - Projects and Process Support Location:

Marinette, WI

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Continuous Improvement Program – drive implementation of a new CI structure and processes across all three facilities, coordinating efforts to achieve cost containment, quality improvements, and OEE enhancements.

Design and Implement process controls at each facility – work with Plant Managers to improve set‑ups, changeovers, and other production processes.

Development of training programs for operators and crew leads – create a uniform training program for line operators, crew leads, and supervisors, similar to safety modules.

CAPEX Projects – take a leadership role in implementing major projects at each facility, including new line strategy, manufacturing upgrades, automation, all future major capex investments, and energy projects.

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE

Computers

Microsoft Office programs

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

BS degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

6–7 years of project management experience required.

Manufacturing or industrial experience required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including creating Excel spreadsheets.

Ability to develop performance standards/measurement tools and promote a team environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

High level of professionalism when interacting with others in a team environment.

Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.

Physical ability to stoop, bend, kneel, grasp with hand/fingers.

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.

Potential contact with liquid paint, solvents, greases, and oils.
