Insight Global’s client is seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in vulnerability management. This role drives enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring systems and applications remain secure, compliant, and resilient. The position combines technical, operational, and strategic responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement vulnerability management strategy, governance, and secure development practices Oversee vulnerability assessments and remediation across infrastructure, applications, and third-party systems Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize and resolve vulnerabilities Serve as liaison between cybersecurity, IT, engineering, and business units; translate technical risks into business impact Provide executive‑level updates on risk posture and remediation progress Define and track KPIs (e.g., remediation SLAs, risk scores); create dashboards and reports Continuously improve the program based on metrics and evolving threat landscape Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager 5+ years of technical experience in vulnerability management Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity tools, including: Risk management and scanning tools: Qualys, Tenable Nessus Network and cloud tools: Palo Alto, Cisco Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and lifecycle Seniority level
