Title Manager – Lender Services

Responsibilities

Mentor and lead LS Team

Manage LS team responsibilities and work with Directors and Partners on a regular basis

Assist and maintain an updated budget and fee analysis

Ability to service multiple chargeable client engagements simultaneously

Review and continuously evaluate reports and projects from LS Team related to clients

Lead the collateral analysis for field exams

Consult financial statement information (income statements, balance sheets, and other reports) and provide thoughtful business observations and conclusions

Consult and support LS team members in the development of high-level reports and client presentations to support business strategy and need

Propose solutions to lender risks and problem solution tactics

Participate in the active recruitment and training of new LS team members, specifically Associates

Active participation in team meetings, calls, client relations and serve as secondary point of contact for clients when needed

Actively engages and seeks new business opportunities for aspects of LS and the firm

Requirements

7+ years of experience in an audit or transaction advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)

Knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Strong project management experience

Travel on an as-needed basis

Preferred Skills

Demonstrated experience networking and communicating with lender advisory executives

CPA certification

Exceptional balance of strong audit skills and business acumen

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with in-house team members and outside prospects and clients of the firm

Ability to be self-starter and confident when interacting with clients and asking questions

Ability to operate within tight deadlines and take responsibility for completing an engagement in a timely manner

Ability to apply critical thought and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $135,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
