Section Lead (2nd Shift) – CGI
Location: Charleston, SC (client site)
Overview Lead a team of Support Associates in passport processing, customer service, and PRISM functions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities of mail open, cashier, image capture, image review, data entry, book print/card print, quality control, and PRISM.
Provide regular operational feedback, management meetings, status updates, training records, and production reporting.
Perform workload management across all passport task areas (Mail Open, LB/Scanning, Image Review, Book Print, Quality Control, Mail Out, PRISM, Customer Service).
Notify Passport Support Manager of any problems or issues with staff adherence to procedures or internal controls violations.
Monitor contractor personnel performance and ensure compliance with performance standards, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist with prioritizing will calls, expedites, and routine work.
Required Qualifications
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team of Support Associates.
Experience in passport processing functions (mail open, cashier, image capture, image review, data entry, book print/card print, quality control, PRISM).
Compensation Estimated range: $52,200 – $123,800.
