Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in complex organization or equivalent

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience.

Responsible for site Information Risk Management (IRM) compliance and actively driving remediation of local vulnerabilities and non-compliance.

Escalating site IT problems and business impact to Site Operations Lead (SOL) and/or IT Partners

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Skilled in systematically troubleshooting complex issues to a root cause and reporting out to stakeholders in business language

Skilled in investigating and fixing complex issues across organizational boundaries, including vendors

Emotional intelligence (i.e., patience, listening, self-reflective, thoughtful, ability to build trusting relationships, reasoning, and understanding)

Strong relationship and influencing skills with people at all levels in the organization and in diverse cultures.

Ability to work with other disciplines in a global environment, and to bridge technical, commercial and IT skills.

Working knowledge of ITIL Foundations

Ability to work effectively and maintain composure under pressure

Fluent in English, spoken and written
