Onsite GIS Business Analyst-Project Lead III (Only Austin TX)

Position Description This position will serve as a

GIS Business Analyst and Scrum Master . The work involves

planning, requirement gathering, backlog management and product owner

activities.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements

Translate user needs into functional specifications

for technical teams

Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business

Guide the

Scrum Team in Agile best practices

and facilitate ceremonies

Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business objectives

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Track and report team progress, ensuring transparency and accountability

Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog

Participate in the design of secure and efficient geospatial architectures
