We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide IT orientation and onboarding support for new employees. Establish and maintain Bluetooth and other device connections to ensure seamless functionality. Deliver onsite technical support to address user needs promptly and effectively. Perform system administration tasks including user account management and system configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues to maintain optimal performance. Administer Active Directory including managing permissions and user groups. Implement and maintain desktop imaging processes to streamline system setups. Utilize Windows 10 expertise to ensure system stability and security. Monitor and support desktop hardware to ensure consistent functionality. Requirements
Proven experience in PC desktop and workstation support. Proficiency in Active Directory management and administration. Strong knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. Expertise in Windows 10 operating system and related applications. Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools. Knowledge of system administration tasks, including user and system management. Experience in network administration and troubleshooting. A+ Certification is preferred but not required.
