Bolton & Menk is looking to add a

Civil Project Manager

to join our

Water Resources team . This position can be based in our Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, or Ames, Iowa office. With over 75 years of experience, Bolton & Menk specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond. What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for the management, planning, budgets, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects Serves as primary client contact and is responsible for problem resolutions related to projects Technical analysis and documentation Public outreach & business development and client communication What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited college Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of North Carolina and/or South Carolina Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience Excellent interpersonal written & verbal communication skills Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills Effective supervisory and team leadership skills Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge and skills in CAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D design software Possess valid driver’s license Benefits
