Irvine, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, schedule TBD)
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration:
12-month contract - Potential to extend or convert to FTE
Pay Rate:
$45–$51 per hour DOE
A leading life sciences and diagnostics company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Planner to join their planning team in Irvine, CA. This role is essential in aligning global supply with customer demand, managing constraints across the supply chain, and ensuring the consistent flow of products from global manufacturing sites and OEM partners into the company’s distribution network. The Supply Planner will also be responsible for optimizing inventory levels and improving cycle times to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

Expert analytical, numerical and problem‑solving skills.
Proven ability to think strategically, execute tactically and be detail oriented.
APICS certification preferred.
Strong working knowledge of planning systems – SAP APO (preferred), Kinaxis, or i2, JDA/Manugistics.
Expert computer skills with advanced working knowledge in Windows Office environment.
Proven ability to plan and coordinate workflow and outputs efficiently across multiple functional groups and geographies to align group objectives, timeframes and deliverables, as well as to provide actionable feedback to keep processes and deliverables on track.
What You Bring
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management or other related field.
Experience:
5+ years’ experience in supply planning, inventory management or manufacturing operations within an ERP/DRP environment.
ERP Experience:
ideally SAP, Kinaxis and TMS
