The Project Manager III will join the Implementation Consulting – Project Management team, a global group that works closely with product solutions and engineering teams to deliver client implementations for post-trade software solutions. This team designs and delivers intelligent post-trade applications that help financial institutions enter new markets, reduce risk, enhance profitability, and improve service quality.
Responsibilities & Impact
Lead clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage project dependencies and ensure effective cross‑functional collaboration.
Engage confidently with clients at all organizational levels.
Own the project’s P&L and ensure financial accountability.
Support process improvements, pre‑sales activities, and team development initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of program/project management experience delivering software products or services, preferably in financial services; or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a product and solutions organization with exposure to the post‑trade automation domain.
Proven track record of delivering complex IT transformation projects within financial services.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Solid business knowledge in post‑trade automation.
Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of standard project‑management methodologies (e.g., PMI).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience influencing and collaborating within a matrixed organization.
10+ years
of project/program management experience in financial services or solution vendor environments.
PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.
Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to evolving project needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and a practical, solution‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage time effectively.
