Your main responsibilities will be to provide expert assistance to customers on all types of questions and problems. Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing relationships through repeated contact and consultation. Your ability to quickly and efficiently provide the right parts or solutions—especially during costly equipment breakdowns—will impact our ability to win and retain customers. You may also use your mechanical aptitude to help solve customer problems or processes.

Daily Responsibilities:

Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility.

Use your customer service skills to clarify needs, conduct research, and recommend parts after getting up to speed.

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.

Process quotes, take orders, and provide post‑order service.

Requirements:

Self‑motivated and driven to exceed expectations.

Strong prioritization, multitasking, and sense of urgency.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build solid relationships.

Specific Qualifications:

Preferred: 6 months of customer service experience.

Excellent telephone and written skills, including English grammar.

Quick learner of new systems and processes.

Comfortable with computers: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel) and Google search.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).

Preferred: SAP/ERP experience, knowledge of industrial distribution products or hydraulics.

Attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking ability, sense of humor.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
