Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales results, overseeing daily store operations, leading talent recruitment and development, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role Strong problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment Team‑building skills Self‑starter mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Drive to achieve results Adaptability / Flexibility Multi‑tasking capability Fashion interest & knowledge
