Lead the Schedules That Drive Program Success. As Program Controls Scheduling Manager, you will oversee scheduling for medium to large‑scale programs, integrating multiple project schedules into a cohesive program framework. You will partner closely with project managers and senior leadership to guide strategic decisions, provide authoritative scheduling oversight, and ensure program objectives are met from early estimating through construction and closeout. Responsibilities

Oversee and execute scheduling‑related activities for medium to large‑scale programs with meticulous attention to detail. Spearhead scheduling efforts across multiple projects, ensuring strict alignment with program objectives and seamlessly integrating project schedules into a comprehensive program schedule. Conduct thorough analysis to identify and address interdependencies, proactively mitigating risks and resolving conflicts to maintain program integrity. Engage in strategic collaboration with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization. Maintain close working relationships with senior leadership to define and refine program‑level objectives and align with organizational goals. Provide authoritative scheduling guidance and rigorous oversight to project controls teams, ensuring effective management of individual project elements and overall program cohesion. Implement continuous risk mitigation strategies, conducting regular evaluations to ensure effectiveness and adjust as necessary. Facilitate clear, concise, and timely communication between project teams and stakeholders, keeping all parties fully informed of critical program developments. Deliver comprehensive and analytical updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements, providing strategic insights for decision‑making. Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred requirements:

12 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency; experience with schedule management on transportation programs; experience with schedule evolution from estimating through design‑construction‑closeout including changes. Additional Information

Sponsorship is not available for this position. Relocation is not available for this position. Compensation Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000 per year. Benefits
