We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Support (aka Quality Assurance Technician) to verify inbound and outbound shipments, inspect finished products, and support quality assurance processes at our Raleigh, NC location.
Location Raleigh, NC
Schedule Full‑time, onsite

What You’ll Do
Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity, labeling, and documentation.
Verify completed orders from PIT‑F Operators for correctness.
Report shortages, damages, or shipment discrepancies.
Conduct quality checks on finished products following company standards.
Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and ISO requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and support overall quality operations.
Perform additional duties to support a safe and efficient work environment.
What You’ll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in warehouse, quality, or printing environments preferred.
Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, Word, MIS).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear communication and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to read job documentation and perform basic math.
