Responsibilities

Work a minimum 48‑hour weekly retail schedule

Achieve personal sales goal

Assist with managing the sales team and new hires

Provide training and set goals for sales team

Create an extraordinary experience for our guests

Support the store’s Management Team whenever needed and be able to fulfill their role and duties as necessary

Great communication with the store's Management Team regarding performance

Morning and afternoon huddle meetings with an agenda designed to motivate, inform, and educate sales professionals and the management team

Focus on driving sales including all steps of the sales process

Coach a sales professional one‑on‑one to improve the sales process

Shadow sales professionals to ensure the sales process is followed

Recognize sales professional’s weaknesses during the interaction and coach to improve

Debrief a sales professional immediately after the interaction in a constructive manner

Set individual goals for sales professionals based on store goals

Constant communication with sales professionals regarding progress toward goals

Great passion for working with others and seeing individuals and team success

Learn all roles and functions within the store and operations

Work with Corporate HR to build a great team and maintain full staffing levels within your location

Some travel will be required

Learn to live in the numbers

Qualities we are looking for

Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with excellent time‑management skills

Willingness to accept a promotion at any location in the assigned region

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience

Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction environment preferred

Previous retail management/supervisory experience
