Inventory Control Technician

Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories through daily cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration. Manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for and from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to keep inventory levels stable.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records.
Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
Determine stock supply and replenishment needs.
Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrinkage issues.
Verify correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly, and assist in physical inventories.
Cross‑reference stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify shipping order accuracy.
Review files to identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while adhering to all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Requirements (knowledge, skills, abilities)
Understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Work in temperatures as low as –20 °F/–25 °C in cold storage sites or up to 100 °F/37 °C in dry storage sites while wearing company‑provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Lift a minimum of 40 lbs (weight may vary by facility).
Work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
