Base Pay Range: $130,000 – $160,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure all project elements are effectively integrated.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, suppliers and team members.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure construction activities meet or exceed industry standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on all project sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve project‑related issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, costs and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
Proven track record of successfully managing large‑scale construction projects from start to finish.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials and project management principles.
Familiarity with construction and project management software tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
