Description The Associate Business Manager assists the Business Manager in executing the mutual business goals of Acosta and assigned clients. Under the direction of the Business Manager, the assistant manages the bulk of smaller clients’ responsibilities and supports the Business Managers with key clients.
Responsibilities
Supports Business Partners with key client tactical communication.
Supports Business Partners with key clients as liaison with Marketing.
Supports Business Partners with key clients on key metric tracking.
Supports Business Partners with key clients on promotion plans.
Supports Business Partners with key clients on post-promo analysis.
Supports Business Partners with key clients in the development of sales presentations.
Under the direction of the Business Manager provides tactical and strategic client communications for smaller clients.
Under the direction of the Business Manager develops and delivers sales presentations for smaller clients.
Under the direction of the Business Manager assists in promotion planning, execution tracking and post-promotion analysis for smaller clients.
Under the direction of the Business Manager provides marketing analysis and category reviews for smaller clients.
Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
One year marketing, sales or sales support experience.
Must have the ability to take complex data and create solutions where there may be different goals from the customers and clients.
Must be capable of building rapport with all stakeholders.
Negotiation skills to include strategy development and tactical technique.
Must be able to effectively communicate with others, function as a team player, demonstrate commitment to serving clients and customers, have a strong work ethic, and proactively assess client/customer needs.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
Sales Financial Data and Analytical Acumen - Basic

Relationship Building and Customer Expertise - Intermediate
