Explain repairs, services, and timelines in a clear, friendly way.
Coordinate with technicians to keep RVs rolling and customers happy.
Manage multiple tasks while keeping composure.
Keep service records accurate and up to date.
Work as part of a team that feels like family.
What We Are Looking For
People who love helping people.
Background in customer service, automotive, or RV experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Computer skills and strong organization.
