Position ICM Corporation is currently looking for ambitious candidates to join our warehouse team as an
Inventory Specialist!
Responsibilities
Perform cycle count selection initiation for specified divisions and distribute cycle count documents
Conduct follow-up inventory counts and location verifications on discrepancies
Set up new item records in the company's computer system
Unload inventory
Accept packages and shipments
Organize new inventory arriving; ensure inventory is directed to correct location
Ensure stock labels are visible and readable
Document the physical count of selected items and update computer system
Operate forklift and follow all safety procedures
Report any damaged products to supervisors

Requirements Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience in inventory and distribution is a must
Previous warehouse/forklift experience required
Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced, organized environment
Ability to read
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Must possess a great attendance record
Willing to be cross-trained
Must be proficient with computer systems - Outlook, Word, Excel, Inventory Tracking Systems (you will use a variety of computer applications on a regular basis)
