Your role As a supply chain leader, you will spearhead inventory governance, logistics strategy, reverse logistics, rental asset administration, continuous improvement, training, and cross‑functional collaboration across CTS.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Governance & Physical Inventory Leadership

Lead inventory governance across CTS, including stocking standards and evaluation of regional stocking requests.

Oversee annual physical inventory and cycle‑count programs, ensuring reconciliation accuracy and compliance.

Manage unused and excess inventory return programs and ensure proper disposition before any replenishment.

Resolve inventory discrepancies and monitor key indicators such as accuracy, aging, and reconciliation timeliness.

Logistics Governance & Carrier Performance

Provide leadership for transportation strategy across parcel, LTL, truckload, courier, and specialized freight.

Manage carrier selection, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.

Partner with Finance to ensure freight billing accuracy and resolve disputes.

Maintain standards for customer‑facing shipment coordination and logistics communication.

Returns, RMAs & Reverse Logistics Oversight

Govern return‑to‑vendor, return‑from‑customer, and claims processes.

Ensure regional adherence to RMA workflows and proper documentation.

Maintain visibility on open credits and return activity and identify systemic issues driving returns.

Rental Asset & AirPlan Program Leadership

Provide oversight to the Rental Asset and AirPlan programs through the designated Program Manager.

Ensure accuracy of rental processes, documentation, fleet readiness, and equipment mix to support operational demand.

Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Provide governance for ERP, workflow tools, reporting platforms, and document repositories.

Drive process improvements to reduce errors and streamline logistics and inventory processes.

Oversee reporting and dashboards that support decision‑making and KPI tracking.

Lead or support logistics network initiatives, 3PL evaluations, and acquisition integrations.

Training, Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Train and guide regional teams and new acquisitions on CTS logistics and inventory processes.

Collaborate with Service, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Corporate HOY Logistics to improve supply‑chain performance.

Support the development and adoption of future supply‑chain capabilities and process standards.

Business Key User (BKU) – Parts (Strategic Support)

Serve as a subject‑matter expert for logistics‑ and order‑related business processes.

Provide support and training after the frontline escalation chain has been exhausted.

Monitor high‑level order flow trends and identify systemic issues or inconsistencies.

Ensure enhancement requests or system defects are submitted and tracked through the corporate issue‑tracking system.

Collaborate with Business Process Experts (BPX) on system‑level or cross‑functional issues.

Recommend and support process improvements that enhance consistency and reduce exceptions.

To Succeed, You will Need Skills & Experience – Required

5+ years of supply chain or logistics management in a multi‑location or field‑service environment.

Strong ERP and transactional‑process knowledge, including inventory, warehouse, order management, and purchasing.

Demonstrated leadership in inventory governance and stocking standards; physical inventory & cycle‑count programs; logistics/carrier performance management; reverse logistics, returns, and RMA oversight.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and lead corrective actions.

Strong communication and influencing skills for cross‑regional collaboration and process compliance.

Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel) and comfort working with dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and lead teams through procedural and operational change.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

Experience with service parts supply chains or technician‑driven inventory models.

Experience with transportation management, freight networks, or 3PL partnerships.
