We're looking for a passionate
RN Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
who believes breastfeeding support is powerful, personal, and life-changing. In this role, you'll guide families through their feeding journey while serving as a trusted clinical expert and educator for our care teams.
What You'll Do
Provide hands‑on, evidence‑based breastfeeding support to mothers and families
Educate and empower patients and staff with best practices in lactation care
Champion a welcoming, family‑centered breastfeeding culture
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve maternal and infant outcomes
What You Bring
BSN and active Missouri RN license
2+ years obstetrical or related inpatient/teaching experience
IBCLC certification
Current CPR and NRP certifications
Preferred
Spanish‑English bilingual
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher experience
